House & Tail collects information you provide when you place an order, contact support, or choose to receive marketing. This can include your name, email address, delivery and billing details, order information, and the messages you send us.

Shopify processes cart, checkout, payment, order, and customer records for this store. Payment card details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers; they are not stored by this custom storefront. Klaviyo may process email-subscription and storefront activity data when marketing tools are enabled.

We use this information to fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the storefront, measure marketing performance, and send marketing only when permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in an email.
